Frequently asked questions
Will it always be under 10 MB?
Almost always. We aim a little below the limit to leave room. Very long videos (over about 3 minutes) may come out larger because there's a minimum quality we won't go under. Trim them first.
Why does my clip look softer?
Fitting a long or high-motion clip into 10 MB means fewer bits per frame. Shorter clips keep more detail.
What happens to my file?
It's deleted from our server automatically within 30 minutes.
