Will I lose quality?
Usually not. Most iPhone and camera videos can be repackaged without re-encoding, which is completely lossless.
Why is my iPhone video HEVC?
Newer iPhones record in HEVC (H.265) to save space. We convert those to H.264 so they play on older devices too.
