Frequently asked questions
JPG or WEBP: which should I choose?
WEBP is the original file Instagram stores and is a little smaller. JPG opens everywhere, including older Windows apps and some editors, so pick it if you're not sure.
Can I save every photo in a carousel?
Yes. Each slide is listed separately, so you can save all of them or only the ones you want.
Can I download photos from private accounts or Stories?
No. Only public posts work, and Stories are only visible to logged-in users.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no limit on how many files you save, and nothing to install.
Do you keep a copy of the files?
